2017In that year, our company successfully implemented the "Equipment Life Cycle Management System" project for Fengcheng Power Plant of National Energy Group.

The project includes: steam turbine visual safety pre-control system, visual intelligent inspection and patrol system, visual auxiliary machine safety pre-control system, and auxiliary machine precision inspection system.

(1Based on the combination of patrol inspection, precise inspection, intelligent auxiliary equipment online, and intelligent steam turbine visual safety pre-control system, important equipment that affects shutdown and load reduction is evaluated. The equipment is divided into predictive maintenance period, predictive upkeep period, overhaul period, and decommissioning period, and different plans are formulated to truly achieve the prediction and extension of equipment life.

(2By conducting spot checks to identify early problems with the equipment, predictive maintenance can be carried out to extend the equipment's lifespan and reduce the workload of repairs.

(3Through the auxiliary machine online and precise inspection system, the operating status of the equipment is determined to ensure that all necessary repairs are carried out and repaired properly.

(4The performance of the steam turbine is determined through the online system of the steam turbine. The cycle and items of major overhauls are determined based on the performance assessment, truly achieving condition-based maintenance driven by the condition, so that the equipment can play a better role during the operation cycle.
