I have always believed that only through valuable efforts to create visible civilization and contribute to our nation can our lives shine like stars in the galaxy of human history, reaching an extraordinary state! influences and changes a person’s life is often a consciousness, a spirit, or an attitude. A good mental state and positive attitude lead to considerable success and a fulfilling life. This applies to enterprises, careers, love, and everything in life. To focus our cause on the development and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, I hope and require BKC employees to always maintain the following awareness:

Awareness of Truth

Whether authority or ordinary person, everyone can only understand partial truth. Even combined, all human understanding is mostly truth, not its entirety. After conquering Egypt, Napoleon sighed at the pyramids: “The real, only unregrettable conquest is the conquest of ignorance.” This is worth pondering.

Awareness of Unity

A stone tablet at Liangshan Marsh reads: “Two with one heart can break metal.” As the saying goes: “One hand claps no sound; many trees make a forest.” Achieving great things requires collective effort.

Awareness of quality

Quality is life; output is money. One cannot prioritize money over life. Quality products and services come from quality management, which stems from employees’ active participation.

Awareness of Good and Evil

If day is light and night is darkness, they nearly divide the world equally. But with increasing artificial light, I firmly believe light always outweighs darkness. The same applies to good vs. evil, beauty vs. ugliness, greatness vs. insignificance, nobility vs. meanness in life.

Awareness of Tolerance

Tolerance is the art of living. One who does not understand tolerance cannot understand life. The ancients said: “Criticize yourself as you criticize others; forgive others as you forgive yourself.” This is both cultivation and virtue.

Awareness of Dedication

Only when giving exceeds taking does society accumulate and humanity progress. If taking exceeds giving, the world would be desolate and life empty!

Awareness of Frugality

It is easy to spend 10,000 yuan but hard to earn one cent. Spend sparingly in plenty, and you’ll worry less in scarcity.

Awareness of Diplomacy

Every interaction with others is a diplomatic opportunity. Carefully managing your words and deeds ，shapes your image, and paves the way to success. All etiquette and thinking must be rooted in sincerity and enthusiasm to be powerful. Only sincerity and enthusiasm can overcome obstacles, build bridges, melt ice, and clear paths.

Awareness of Labor

Labor endows humanity with a great spirit! Labor cultivates greatness. Those who pursue truth in labor have a spirit close to greatness. Marx said: “History recognizes the greatness of those who work together for lofty goals.” I cannot guarantee my colleagues will be great, but I am confident that in our collective labor and efforts to bring more light to humanity, our spirits will rise toward greatness.
