This project included: AI intelligent video analysis, precise personnel positioning, intelligent access control, 5G intelligent safety helmets, and 5G inspection robots. The system platform includes: safety basic database, education and training, ledger management, team management, risk classification and control, hidden danger investigation and management, high-risk operation control, violation management, special equipment management, emergency management, occupational health management, intelligent control cockpit, accident and event management, and two external management.
BKC | Case: CNOOC Zhuhai Yihai Power Plant Main/Auxiliary Equipment & Lubrication Intelligent Safety Pre-control System In 2022, our company implemented the "Intelligent Safety Pre-Control System for Main and Auxiliary Machines and Lubrication" project for CNOOC Zhuhai Natural Gas Power Generation Co., LTD. - Yihai Power Plant. This project includes: online monitoring, early warning and diagnosis system for main machine vibration status, 6kV auxiliary machine vibration monitoring, early warning and diagnosis system, 380V auxiliary machine vibration monitoring and early warning system, and intelligent control system for oil quality of main and auxiliary machines.

This project included: low-code cloud platform, visual and editable expert model library, direct connection of DCS data, real-time database, stream computing, and offline computing.
