2017In that year, our company successfully implemented the "Five-Inspection Integrated Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Management System" project for Jingdezhen Power Plant of State Power Investment Corporation.

The project includes: visualized auxiliary machine intelligent safety pre-control system, precise diagnosis and remote equipment management system, visualized intelligent patrol inspection system, lean maintenance trigger management system, and visualized 3D model navigation system for the entire plant.

(2Based on big data mining and refinement, establish artificial intelligence+Expert diagnosis knowledge base based on expert experience (or fault model database);

(3Establish a remote diagnosis and knowledge sharing interaction platform;

(4Apply 3D technology to transform training and supervision methods, and achieve 3D visualized training and condition monitoring.

(5Establish a comprehensive quality grade maintenance and maintenance trigger control system based on the lean concept.
