Securities Code:430215

◆Scope: Within the high and low voltage bushings of the transformer. Monitoring: Covers UHF partial discharge, core current, electromagnetic oscillations, and oil chromatography analysis. Analysis & Decision-Making: a. The UHF unit sensitively captures internal and external discharge faults within the transformer. Any abnormal discharge detected within the monitored range triggers an early warning. b. A micro-current sensor for core grounding detects "additional" induced current and issues an alarm. c. An electromagnetic oscillation sensor matrix is deployed to synchronously collect and directionally analyze "electromagnetic oscillation" signals. Matrix scanning locates the "discharge fault" point, continuously assesses the severity, and recommends operational strategies. d. Oil chromatography gas analysis continuously monitors the degradation of insulating oil composition, enabling qualitative analysis of significant discharge faults, confirming the "fault severity" level, and providing recommendations on whether to shut down the unit.
◆Realize the diagnosis and early warning of latent faults during the operation of transformers, and promptly push operation and maintenance suggestions to prevent major damage accidents to transformers. ◆Timely identify internal and external faults of the transformer, such as winding deformation, core faults, as well as internal and bushing discharge faults of the transformer for monitoring and early warning. ◆Monitor and warn of faults such as moisture or damage to the insulation inside the transformer, multi-point grounding of the core, foreign objects in the box, and sludge deposition in the oil tank.
