Guodian Inner Mongolia Dongsheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is one of the first batch of pilot units for the construction of smart enterprises in thermal power generation under the National Energy Group2015-2021In that year, the construction of digital power plants and artificial intelligence power plants was carried out, initially achieving an intelligent power plant application system featuring "two platforms and three networks", as well as "intelligent chips at the bottom layer, intelligent algorithms at the middle layer, and intelligent applications at the top layer".

The intelligent boiler safety support system jointly developed by Dongsheng Thermal Power and BKC is an important part of the construction of digital and intelligent power plants. This project closely integrates with the actual production needs and successfully builds digital twins of the four boiler tubes, wear failure mechanism models, data analysis models, and equipment condition assessment models. It features functions such as metal supervision and management, risk diagnosis of the four tubes, prediction and early warning of oxide scale, dynamic temperature field analysis, health assessment of soot blowers, and auxiliary decision-making for grade maintenance.

This system is in line with the actual production management of power plants. It features intelligent data and information flow, automatic task push, automatic update of ledgers, and convenient management of special equipment. While standardizing metal supervision and the anti-wear and anti-explosion management of the four pipes, it significantly reduces the workload of professionals and effectively enhances the technical foundation and management efficiency of personnel.

The intelligent boiler project of Guodian Dongsheng Thermal Power has successfully passed the completion review. This is another exemplary case of close cooperation among multiple departments such as business, technology and sales of Biketech.
