2018In that year, our company began to implement the "Integrated Platform System for Safety Production and Equipment Control" project of Baolu Thermal Power Plant.

This project takes the full life cycle management of equipment as the main line, including functional levels such as intelligent decision-making, intelligent operation, intelligent visualization, intelligent equipment, and intelligent terminals. It is a big data information platform that transcends departments, specialties, disciplines, technologies and functions, and also a working platform for all staff. Through the vertical sorting and horizontal integration of various professional application systems, a comprehensive assessment of equipment is achieved to assist in production decision-making, and the highly integrated and deeply mined holographic big data is utilized to support business operations. Realize the collection of big data and the rapid production of reports through cloud computing, as well as high-precision 3D visualization display.

The construction of the integrated platform system includes five functional modules: the "four-in-one" integrated equipment control system, the visual intelligent auxiliary machine online precision diagnosis system, the visual steam turbine generator set online monitoring system, the visual intelligent boiler safety pre-control system, and the visual all-round excellent lubricating oil management system.

Remote data transmission and access are carried out through the factory-level cloud platform system to achieve mobile office functions such as remote work viewing, approval, and management. Through all-round information integration, data extraction, intelligent monitoring combined with intelligent business decision-making, operation can be optimized, maintenance can be optimized, operation and maintenance budgets can be refined, and spare parts procurement can be supported. This will comprehensively enhance the reliability of equipment and the management level of power plants, thereby achieving the best economic benefits.
