Thesystemultimatelyachievesathree-dimensionaldisplayofthestructureandworkingprincipleofthemainequipment,providingacomprehensiveunderstandingoftheequipmentstructureandworkingprinciple.Establisharealisticvirtualinteractivethree-dimensionalspaceenvironment,setupathree-dimensionalvisualizationandintuitivetrainingmethod,andrealizeequipmentmaintenancesimulationtrainingtomakeupforthedeficiencyofpowerplantsthatonlyhaveoperationsimulation.Throughhuman-computerinteractiondevices,virtualmaintenancetrainingisconductedtocomprehensivelyenhancethemaintenanceskillsofemployees.Establishaknowledgebaseandevaluationrulesforthemaintenanceofmajorequipment,andconductvirtualmaintenanceassessment.Byusing3Dvirtualtechnology,typicalfaultsoftheequipmentaredisplayed,andthedynamicsimulationandverificationofthediagnosticresultsareachievedthroughchangesinboundaryconditions.
Thisprojectintegratesthemanagementresourcesofequipmentsuchasboilers,turbinesandelectricalsystems,extendingthemanagementprocessfromconditionmonitoring,rootcauseanalysisandreliabilityimprovementtodesigndefectanalysisandservicelifeextension,therebyachievingthegoalof"controllableequipmentcondition,controllablemanagementprocessandcontrollableeconomiccost".
Throughtheimplementationofthisproject,theshortcomingsofprevioustrainingsystems,suchastheinabilitytovisuallydisplaytheprocessflowandequipmentstructure,maintenanceoperationguidance,controllogic,andinsufficientdepthofprofessionaltraining,havebeenovercome.Asaresult,theefficiencyandqualityoftraininghavebeencomprehensivelyenhanced.Ithasalsobuiltanintelligentfaultdiagnosisknowledgebaseforpowerplants,enrichedthetrainingmethodsforcoaches,andcomprehensivelyenhancedtheprofessionalcapabilitiesoftrainees.
ThisprojectisamajorscientificandtechnologicalprojectofHuadianGroupin2018-2019.ItisthefirstvirtualmaintenancesimulationsystemforF-class(2×430MW)gas-steamcombinedcycleunitsinChina.Thisprojectfocusesonresearchingtheintegratedapplicationmodelofcondition-basedmaintenancetechnologyforpowergenerationequipmentandvirtualrealityvisualizationtechnology.Ithassignificanteconomicvalueandsocialbenefitsforenhancingpersonnelprofessionalskills,optimizingmaintenanceconstructionoperationprocedures,improvingon-sitesafetycontrollevels,andincreasingthereliabilityofunits.
