VMAS Lubricating Oil Analyzer
VMAS Lubricating Oil Analyzer
VMAS is an oil analysis system that, based on the abrasive particles and physical and chemical information contained in lubricating oil. Completes three different principles and goals: ferrography, viscosity, and moisture content. Through the integratedcombination of three monitoring sensors - abrasive ferrography, viscosity, and trace moisture - the visualization of detection information images can be achieved. Multi-dimensional monitoring of the wear state and lubrication performance of major equipmentcan be carried out. By applying information fusion technology, the tribological state of machines can be judged, faults predicted, and life analyzed.
Product features
(1) Video connection and control, and taking photos of the particles;
(2) Image analysis preprocessing, conducting basic analysis of ferrography images;
(3) Image particle color analysis and recognition to achieve particle material analysis;
(4) Functional tests for pollution level, particle size and equivalent particle quantity;
(5) It can perform data storage, management and query, and complete the analysis and judgment of historical data;
(6) Detection of physical and chemical indicators such as viscosity and moisture content of lubricating oil.
