The "Intelligent Monitoring and Safety Pre-Control System for Main Transformers and Step-up Substations" completed this time integrates transformer oil chromatography, core leakage magnetic flux,UHFIt integrates partial discharge, electromagnetic oscillation and online monitoring and diagnosis of the body temperature, and adopts an industrial Internet architecture+Special sensor+Diagnostic system+Maintenance strategy+The design concept integrating operation strategy and closed-loop control has established a real-time online monitoring and diagnosis module for large transformers, high-voltage busbars, and switch systems. By combining historical operation data and process correlation, it can automatically comprehensively analyze, diagnose, and predict the core insulation of transformers/The insulation condition of the windings, intelligent diagnosis of the deterioration trend of the transformer core and winding loosening, etc., to achieve the purpose of preventing transformer damage and reducing operation and maintenance costs.

The intelligent diagnosis and safety pre-control system for large transformers developed by BKC has successfully established physical and chemical index models and electrical process correlation models for various typical faults of large transformers. It can sensitively capture discharge faults inside and outside the transformer, detect any abnormal "discharge" within the control range, and continuously track and analyze the development trend of "discharge". Then, the "discharge fault" location is locked through matrix scanning, and the degree of hazard is continuously analyzed. It has achieved a closed-loop control of qualitative and quantitative analysis of abnormal discharges inside and outside the transformer and real-time push of operation and maintenance measures. It is a successful example of truly applying the concept of "prevention, monitoring, control, rectification and improvement" to the intelligent control of high-voltage electrical equipment.
