This project closely integrates with the actual production needs and successfully builds digital twins of the four boiler tubes, wear failure mechanism models, data analysis models, and equipment condition assessment models. It features functions such as metal supervision and management, risk diagnosis of the four tubes, prediction and early warning of oxide scale, intelligent combustion, dynamic temperature field analysis, health assessment of soot blowers, and auxiliary decision-making for grade maintenance. Moreover, it features intelligent data and information flow, automatic task push, automatic update of ledgers, and convenient management of special equipment. While standardizing metal supervision and the management of anti-wear and anti-explosion for the four pipes, it significantly reduces the workload of professionals and effectively enhances the technical foundation and management efficiency of personnel.
