2021In this year, our company began to implement the "Intelligent Auxiliary Platform for Synchronous Condenser Operation and Maintenance" project of Shandong State Grid Electric Power Research Institute. This project includes: a visual intelligent early warning system for synchronous condenser faults, a fault analysis system, and a centralized control center (including a comprehensive information module, a fault case library module, a hidden danger management module, and an auxiliary machine analysis module).

Shandong State Grid Electric Power Research Institute needs to uniformly control the health status of all station end synchronous condensers within its jurisdiction and build a comprehensive management platform based on big data application and early warning. In terms of analysis, it mainly conducts visual fault early warning monitoring of synchronous condensers and visual fault trends, and is positioned as an intelligent online comprehensive monitoring and early warning platform for equipment management personnel. It is a professional monitoring product developed for the status monitoring, status evaluation and fault diagnosis of data equipment based on detection technology.

1.The operation of the "Central Control Center" system not only standardizes the daily work of operation and maintenance personnel, but also realizes the visualization of the status of important equipment. The daily collected data were summarized and analyzed, providing data support for equipment evaluation. Visualization establishment makes problem analysis more intuitive.
2.With the establishment of the "Fault Case Library", it will permanently become a valuable knowledge asset, enabling faults in all jurisdictions to be integrated and shared among each other. Combined with the intervention of countermeasures, a problem closed loop of problem occurrence, problem resolution and problem tracking has been fully achieved, laying a good foundation for the subsequent construction of hidden danger management.
3."Intelligent Early Warning" fully realizes the entire process management from early warning interaction to early warning response by integrating the site early warning system and the hospital-end early warning system. It completely changes the previous situation where only telephone consultation, offline communication, and on-site investigation could be carried out. At the hospital-station, the early warning status of all synchronous cameras within the jurisdiction can be grasped, and responses can be made immediately, with visual signature feedback.
4."Auxiliary Analysis" is availableDCSThe access of data enables the hospital to grasp the real-time operation status information of the equipment at each AC station within its jurisdiction. Through operation monitoring, operation overview, fixed value list, trend analysis, event list, status evaluation, etc., remote fault diagnosis and process analysis can be achieved.
