This project includes: a 3D visualization navigation and roaming system for the entire plant, a 3D visualization underground pipeline management system, a 3D visualization training system for the entire plant's process flow, and a 3D visualization training system for equipment principles and maintenance.
Project Introduction
1. Modeling of the entire factory, including the environment, buildings, pipelines (including underground pipe networks), and equipment (including internal structures);
2. Scenarios based on the shapes of buildings and equipment are used to achieve graphic model navigation and visualization of monitoring data.
3. The underground pipe network system realizes functions such as ledger management, excavation analysis, connection analysis, distance analysis, and leakage analysis.
4. Component-level equipment models are used to realize functions such as the entire plant's process flow, equipment working principles, and maintenance simulation demonstrations.
Implementation effect
1. Conduct data lightweight processing on the design model to complete the modeling efficiently and accurately, while ensuring the loading and rendering efficiency of the system.
2. Make the process system according to the real size ratio and connect it into a whole to fully display the entire process from coal transportation to power generation.
3. Use the scene editor to quickly configure 3D views and conduct training in subjects such as process principles, interlock protection, and operation simulation.
4. The animation, voice and text of the 3D demonstration are all configured in script form, which is convenient for modifying and expanding the content. You can edit the test question bank by yourself.
5. The system has the ability to expand. Relying on high-precision models and scenarios, it can expand training content in multiple aspects such as monitoring, faults, safety, and processes.
