Project Introduction

1. The integrated platform for work safety and equipment control is mainly based on the comprehensive integration of detection data. It utilizes 3D modeling technology, data mining technology, intelligent diagnosis technology, and integrates expert knowledge in equipment management. It enables front-line production personnel, middle-level production managers, and factory-level decision-makers to work collaboratively on a unified multimedia display platform. Achieve the application goals of enhancing the reliability of power plant equipment, system optimization, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and operation and maintenance decision-making.

2. The platform, based on big data mining and refinement, establishes a visualized full-plant model, equipment-level modeling, builds a digital twin power plant, and realizes equipment status, process simulation and modeling, and business training functions.

Implementation effect

1. The commissioning of the system not only standardizes the daily work of operation and maintenance personnel, but also realizes the visualization of the status of important auxiliary equipment. It enables people to understand the operation status of the equipment without going to the site, thereby improving work efficiency. The daily collected data were summarized and analyzed, providing data support for equipment evaluation. The establishment of a three-dimensional model makes the analysis of problems more intuitive. InspectionARThe intervention of equipment enables inspection personnel to understand the structure of equipment and the points of equipment failure without having to search through a large number of equipment ledgers. In coordination with the construction of the intelligent control system, a solid foundation has been laid for the subsequent construction of intelligent power plants.
